Songs for Senegal 2021 Concert

Friday, October 29 - 7pm

Songs for Senegal is coming up! We are delighted to announce that everyone’s favorite annual event will be LIVE in the Gymnasium this year, on October 29th at 7 pm

Songs for Senegal is a fundraiser consisting of amazing musical performances that show off the talents of our own student body and faculty. All proceeds are donated to Ecole Natangué, our sister school located in M’Bour, Senegal.

Doors to the blacktop area will open at 6 pm, for a pre-show bake sale. This is also a great time to purchase a Songs for Senegal t-shirt or handcrafted jewelry/goods from Senegal. Please note that all concertgoers must attest to being fully vaccinated (if 12 or older), and agree to wear masks and refrain from eating while indoors at the concert.

Box Office is now closed!

Tickets will be available tonight at the door:

  • General Admission: $12
  • Students/Faculty/Staff: $8
See you there!
Scott Paton and his OIB students are a perennial favorite at Songs for Senegal. In this photo from the 2019 concert, they brought down the house with a spirited version of Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire”.
