We are Thankful!

Saturday Nov 20, the French American and International community volunteered to support their neighborhoods for the First Day of Service of the year. Partnering with Glide Memorial Church, students, families, faculty, staff, and alumni joined forces to create holiday treat bags for distribution in the Tenderloin at Glide's dining hall on Thanksgiving.

During the lead-up to the Day of Service, High School students (via the Community Action Service program), Middle School students (via the Middle School student council), and Lower School students (in the after-school program) helped create cards for the project.

It was such a nice way to spend time together as a community, in the service of those in need. On Monday Nov 22, approx 1000 treat bags were delivered. We are thankful!
