In Grade 2, the science curriculum includes learning about what float or sink depending on many criteria, such as shape, material, or presence of air.

In class, students come up with hypotheses, in the Tinker Space they can verify them.

Then, they will be presented with several types of recycled material, which they'll use to build a floatable device such a boat or a raft.

In the end, we will test them!!
