Each year, the Arts faculty enriches their curricula by inviting visiting artists in each of their disciplines to the classroom. This could take the form of a one-off visit, a weekend workshop, or a series of events over the course of the semester.
foolsFURY Supports Our Student-Artists

Moïse Touré & Les Inachevés
French national Moïse Touré is a visionary theater artist whose work breaks the traditional bounds of theater, reaching across disciplines and ever-engaging broader social, philosophical, and pedagogical questions. With his company Les Inachevés, Touré has undertaken multi-faceted projects throughout Europe, South America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
In 2016, Touré and fellow Artistic Director of Les Inachevés, Jacques Prunair, helped to create The Portrait Project—a unique, artistic portrait of our school community—in collaboration with choreographer Francis Viet and local Bay Area artists Kiazad Ehya and Jan Stürmann, as well as faculty artist Matthew Perifano and lead producer Michelle Haner.
Arts of Fashion Internship
In the Fall, French American & International students have the opportunity to participate in a three-week internship offered by the Arts of Fashion Foundation. Students' work has included preparing fashion portfolios, organizing garments, and supporting the casting of models.
The Arts of Fashion Foundation is a non-profit organization based in San Francisco that links both academics and professionals, and fosters critical thinking among artists, designers, scholars, and students. The primary focus of the foundation is the continuous support of creativity and design in fashion and the arts linked to it.
