French American International School News
View All NewsOn behalf of the students of International High School, you are cordially invited to our annual Songs for Senegal fundraiser for our sister school in Senegal, Ecole Natangue.
Friday, October 27
Buffet, 5:30-6:30pm ($8 at the event)
Concert, 6:30-8:30pm ($10 general admission; $8 for students & staff)
Gym, 151 Oak Street
The international pre-concert buffet from 5:30-6:30pm will offer a variety of dishes donated by parents and local restaurants, and the concert afterwards will include musical performances by our very talented students and staff members. This is a community event, and children of all ages are welcome! Tickets to the buffet and concert are separate, and the latter can be bought in advance.
All proceeds from the event will go to Project Senegal, our long-standing international service project that supports the students of Ecole Natangue, a K-6 public school in one of the poorest neighborhoods of M'bour, Senegal.
Please contact Elizabeth Cleere, Service Learning & CAS Coordinator at International High School, if you would like to donate a dish to the buffet and/or volunteer at the event. We hope to see you there!
