Tracy Baldwin, U.S. Army Nurse Corps and founder of RokketMed

Starting her professional career as a Lieutenant in the US Army Nurse Corps, her time in public service has continued to provide Tracy with leadership skills and experience she uses to this day. Her ROTC path at the University of Oklahoma and first tour on active duty at Landstuhl Germany provided her, at age 22, to see up close international opportunities and global complexities that a private job would not have provided. Her time on active duty and the responsibilities she was provided as a junior officer, gave her the confidence to take on big challenges.  Tracy has parlayed those years, working within our military healthcare system, into what she does today.  Tracy founded RokketMed, a healthcare fintech company, that is changing the way everyday workers get access to our healthcare system with employer dollars.  A passionate believer that our $4.3 trillion healthcare system is financially crippling business and the outcomes delivered at a macro level are mediocre at best, Tracy is optimistic that the next decade will bring a massive shift to where and how we get healthcare and more importantly, how we pay for it. In addition to RokketMed, Tracy is headed back into public service where she will join the SF Leadership class of 2023-2024 working with the City of SF and SF Chamber of Commerce to tackle some of San Francisco’s biggest challenges. Marie Cartier,  2010 Alum and Clinical Social Worker for Citywide Case Management

Marie Cartier (she,her,hers) is a French American "lifer" who graduated in 2010. She now works as a Clinical Social Worker for Citywide Case Management, a UCSF-affiliated clinic that provides mental health services for people with severe mental illness. She has been working in social services for over seven years and is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Following her four years in the IHS Back à Dos troupe, Marie is also a theater professional working primarily as a collective member for the San Francisco Mime Troupe and a founding member of Bow & Arrow Circus Theatre Collective. She co-wrote and consulted on 2023's Mime Troupe production of "Breakdown," and original musical exploring the barriers to addressing San Francisco's homelessness and mental health crisis. She will be writing, directing and performing in Bow & Arrow's returning production of "Saturnalia" a pagan Winter Solstice circus-theatre show this December.

Peter Eliassen, Former Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa 

Peter Eliassen is a multilingual business leader with experience living, traveling and working in 75 countries. Peter has spent half of his career working in international public health and economic development, including roles with the US Peace Corps in West Africa and the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland; and the other half working for large corporations in the banking, consumer goods and technology sectors. He currently leads a team at Google that manages content development and marketing on the Google Play store. Peter has a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Management.
