Students were greeted with pom-poms and signs on October, as they returned to campus for the first time this school year. Classrooms look a little different, with desks spaced apart and some classmates joining virtually, but students are excited and making the best of an unusual year.
The year's first Community Salon took place on October 2. The event was an opportunity to discuss Design, User Experience, Architecture, Industrial Design, and the broader practice of Design Thinking, and featured a panel of parents and alumni.
Grade 10 students spent time recently creating self-portraits, inspired by Gustave Courbet’s “Desperate Man 1845”.
