International High School Parent Association

All parents/guardians of International High School are members of the Parent Association and asked to participate in all committees and events. The Association officers are president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. The Association holds an annual meeting in May to elect new officers.  Parents/guardians are invited to all events and monthly meetings.

The Parent Association has two main purposes:

  • Promote communication among parents/guardians and the school through the website, PA Updates, and speaker events. Gatherings include monthly meetings, grade level potlucks, the Moveable Feast, welcome events for new families in spring and fall, as well as other events.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities such as those supporting the arts, sports, community service, Above & Beyond Teacher Appreciation, Soirée des Arts et des Vins, Auction, the Annual Fund, Admissions recruitment events and Open Houses, as well as the Grade 12 Graduation and Grad Night Party.
